Many are predicting - and research corroborates - the fact that top talent searching for greener pastures will be tempted to take their talents elsewhere this year.
While many employees called it quits in 2011 because of low salaries and work overload, a recent CareerBuilder survey shows that 43 percent of hiring managers are concerned about their top employees resigning this year, according to a Los Angeles Times article. It seems more than half of them are attempting to lure workers to stay with pay raises. But you and I know that isn't a good enough reason for folks to stay.
