Hello.
I would like to submit a web-only article, but cannot find any way on the website to do that. The link to "Submit an article" in the footer points to "Submission Guidelines" and the contact form keeps generating an error - "For reasons beyond your control this message can not be accepted."

These bugs are there on the website since weeks. Could you please resolve them?

For the time being, please send me an email address where I can send an article for submission.
