I provide consulting services in the area of learning, career development, human resources, and human factors/ergonomics. In previous positions I managed technical leadership/technical learning (globally), employee university education (USA), career coaching (USA), and new employee orientation (globally) for IBM. My innovation, Blue Opportunities, won the SHRM Innovative Business Solutions Award for IBM in 2007. My PhD is in Psychology (Ohio State) and I am a Certified Human Factors Professional (CHFP). I am the current secretary-treasurer of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society (HFES) and am a Fellow in both HFES and the American Psychological Association (APA).
